How Fulfillment Works
Order
Your Books
Place an order for your printed materials. Anything from bookmarks, stickers, flyers, saddle stitch comics, and square bound novels.
Select Fulfillment
in Shipping
Select the fulfillment option at checkout with a $40 deposit, which will be deducted from your fulfillment invoice in step 4!
Submit Your
Shipping Spreadsheet
Email a finalized Excel spreadsheet containing recipient addresses to sales@comixwellspring.com
Please ensure all details are accurate, as changes made after submission are not guaranteed.
Pay
Your Invoice
Your fulfillment will be shipped once the invoice is paid; unpaid orders will be held until payment is received.
Terms and Conditions
International Shipments: We ship worldwide, but please note that import duties and taxes (such as those in Canada) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Overprinting & Shipping Remainders: If you overprint, we will ship the excess copies to you for potential use in case of damage during transit. However, we are not responsible for shipping damages and do not offer reprints due to such issues.
Handling Fees: An additional handling fee of $7 - $9 per package applies, depending on fulfillment complexity. We will inform you of any applicable charges before proceeding.
Packaging & Handling: Fulfillment pricing includes packaging materials, labor, and shipping. A breakdown of costs per shipment will be provided via an invoice before dispatch.
Spreadsheet Submission: The provided template must be correctly filled out, including columns for different products or cover types. If errors are found and not corrected after our outreach, your order will be placed on hold.
