When you are ordering your books for the first print run then get a proof. Greko has a fast turn around on Proofs and wont print until you give them the green light. A printed proof will help you find issues that you might overlooked at digital editing stage. In my case, I found a slew of dialogue missing. I got the new file to Greko and printed with fuss or muss, and they hit my print deadline.
