Proof was very useful for making edits before the main run, though mine was sadly damaged in the mail (main print run was fine).

Looked great! Colors looked slightly more contrasty than they looked in digital (light colors printed lighter than expected).

If the customer denies a proof it?? the customer?? responsibility if the actual print order is not to your satisfaction. On that point customer should be able to request as many proofs as needed at a price of course.

Honestly, I don?? recall getting the digital proof. I?? happy with the product though.

The physical proof was totally necessary and I was glad I got it. You can never tell how a print run is going to handle your digital files til u have a physical copy. And a proof copy gives u one last chance to catch any dumb mistakes before you move ahead. The $10 price tag will save u a bunch of headaches.
