The proof was pretty representative of the final product. One of my final books did print lighter than the print looked on-screen, but I accept that was my mistake more than necessarily the printer's.

The books look great and the binding feels very secure.

Greko is A1 official. I will definitely be getting all my future issues printed from them. The quality was even better than I expected. Only small issue I had was the wrong shipment was sent to me. But it was corrected and I received mine the following day. So all is well. Speedy turn around service as well as great customer service. They responded to my questions almost immediately. Most definitely get a 5 star for that. Anyone planning on getting into indie comics and need quality printing without breaking the piggy bank, I highly recommend comic wellsprings.

Grecko has printed all of my books that i've done for my senior thesis work as a student, and i've always needed them ready in a pinch. Although I was told as an artist i should go through Lulu or Kablam!, neither print company has the option for the customer to determine the time, or the cost is too high. The paper quality is the same as the others although staplebound, and I've gotten compliments of the colors being exactly like the originals. Thank you Grecko!

Great colors, awesome quality, quick turnaround, and fast delivery make these guys my favorite printers around. To save a few bucks, I even elected to have their ad on the back cover, but when it arrived, I had to a double take. I was expecting a huge, gaudy ad but it was relatively small and tastefully placed. Everything about these guys rules which is why I keep coming back.

I am excited to work with Grecko, and I would recommend it to anyone. As they promise, they will work with the individual to make sure the order is either perfect or as close as possible, and delivery is timely. The bright colors actually match those I've seen on the computer, with very little exception (dark on dark has proven tricky, but nothing that can't be worked around). Should I have the money or demand to spawn more of my series, I will be working with them in the foreseeable future.

After spending several hundred dollars on test printings and being told, by more than one well known print-on-demand company, that our book could not be printed digitally without crackling on the cover spine, we turned to Greko. Greko exceed all of our expectations by providing a VERY high quality printing with ZERO crackling. Greko also packaged the book in a way that the spines and corners arrived crisp and fresh and even though UPS mangled the book it was shipped in, there was no damage to the comics themselves. I was more than impressed with the speed, quality, and price of Greko's printing. I had a tight deadline that they were more than happy to work with. There were a few minor snags: the proof had a different paper for the cover than what I ordered and the boxes were pretty beat up by the time they reached me (both instances were probably due to the urgency of my order; the contents were undamaged). However, a Greko rep (Anthony) was fantastic about communication throughout the course of the order and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I definitely plan on printing all of my future comic issues here.

I recently ordered two different comics from Greko, a manga size and a magazine size, and just like their regular comics, the work was top notch. I have to commend the speed in which they turnaround an order, and that's for their normal service (within 2 weeks if you don't request a printed proof). I've used another POD comics printer in the past, but their 30-day minimum turnaround time isn't desirable, nor are their punitive 'rush charges'! As an independent publisher, Greko definitely keeps me competitive and stocked with quality product I can be proud of. Give them a try and keep your publishing plans moving forward.

I love these guys. They do great work, have a fast turn around, and are paying attention to their work. My last comic I spaced out and put their add on the wrong page where it would have covered up artwork and they noticed my mistake and fixed it, I realized too late what I'd done and expected a shipment of crap, but nope, it showed up perfect. That kind of attention to detail isn't something you can expect from most places, neither is having pricing up front where you don't have to submit your work before you can get a quote. They're doing things right here, and while I can't say enough about their customer service I have to say the quality is fantastic too. They use good heavy stock, my last printer I'd go check on my comic at the stores and the cover would be curling up and look completely unprofessional. My copies from Greko look good even after a couple months on the shelf ( It's kind of sucky that they're there after a couple months, but at least they still look good enough to buy :) ) I've only printed comics through them so I can't give first hand accounts for their other services, but what I have done through them has always been top notch and they're always very helpful and willing to put in time to work things out with you. As far as pricing goes, I shopped around and this was the best deal I found, there might be better if you dig deep, but you get what you pay for, and this is a steal. If you're on the fence give these guys a chance and get a test print. I think you'll find these are your guys.

I'm gonna keep this simple. If you want full color comicbooks, there's simply no other company to order from. Plus they ship in like 1 week, which is crazy! Word to the wise: the color tends to be less saturated (in my opinion) than on screen, which is to be expected, rgb to cmyk, so pump up the colors before you send!

The quality was superior to another popular printer I had used and the turnaround time was two weeks! I had been toning down my colors because that other printer made my books look darker and muddy but with these guys the color was true. In fact next time I'll beef up the color even more. I was really impressed with how my comics came out. The colors were really vibrant and matched the digital original very well. The heavier cover stock feels really strong and well put together and more substantial than other POD printers I've used in the past.

I'm the creator/artist/writer of Spaceheads! I wanted to print some issues other than having it available for digital only. I received my batch of comics and I have to say that the paper and cover stock is wonderful! I immediately almost sold out locally. I've used other print-on-demand services and their printing quality is not as good as CWS (they're okay but as a self-publisher...I need the best!). CWS offers heavier covers than the big names publishers with smoooth interior pages. But the best thing about Greko Printing is the customer service - fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I purchased a High-End product but at a small town price. I will be back

My first experience with Comix Wellspring was great, I recieved my final product in a timely manner. It was well packaged and I was very pleased with the quality of the books. I'll continue to use the company and have recommended them to friends also looking to self publish their books.

I got issue 1 of JCPI printed. 28 interior pages in black and white and the clarity of the midtone greys was even better than expected. The pages are high quality, and thick. The colors on the cover are super vibrant and slick looking. I love the way it came out and I would order again.

I had initially planned on going through a different printing company, until someone suggested that I do some research. That research led me to Greko Printing, and I have to say that it was a good call. Not only did they meet my printing due date nearly two weeks before I needed the product; they were very helpful and answered my questions regarding the proof I had requested. I ordered a black-and-white comic with saddle stitching, and I have to say; that print quality is excellent; interior pages are crisp and legible, and the quality on the covers were very impressive. I just made my first comic with comix wellspring and it came out exactly like the way I created it in Photoshop. It only took 2 weeks and it was priced very reasonably. I highly recommend anyone who is trying to get their feet wet in the industry to go with Greko printing.

This was my first time working with Comix Well Spring, and I was very happy with the quality of the finished product and the timely delivery. My order was in a slightly unusual double-cover format with the back half of the book inverted so that a reader can flip it over and it looks like a second comic. I was a little concerned that the odd layout might cause some confusion, but I was relieved when the proof arrived perfectly laid out, and the end product was great. I have a FEW double page spreads AND a wrap around cover, I was VERY worried that these would be obstructed or not aligned correctly and the staples would get in the way or offset it somehow. Comix Well Spring did another great job of printing my art/sketch book. I have a few crossover pages, and they all turned out superb! My book is printed in black and white/grayscale and the final print looks very nice and professional. The books were shrinkwrapped then placed in secure plastic that were then reinforced in a sturdy box with even more paper surrounding the books. Very well packed and shipped, arrived just fine. I printed an original comic that I wrote and illustrated/colored, and I really wanted physical copies. The ordering process here was easy, the digital proof came back fairly quickly, maybe slightly slower than I wanted. But quickly enough in hindsight. Once I approved the immediately well done digital proof, the comics arrived quicker than expected. About 5-8 days after confirming the proof. So under 2 weeks in all! The comics themselves look great and very professional, and they were packaged with care. Would order again.
